4️⃣ Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS.

  • Umma Scents reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or incomplete customer information.

  • Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch only.

  • We deliver across Pakistan.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Umma Scents is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

  • Perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened due to hygiene reasons.

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only in case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect items, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

7️⃣ Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping details and contact information

  • Be available to receive COD orders

  • Bear re-delivery charges if the parcel is returned due to incorrect details or refusal
