At Umma Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product was leaking or broken upon delivery

📌 Important:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

Requests after 24 hours will not be entertained.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for approved cases

  • If eligible, the refund will be issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Bank transfer (as mutually agreed)

⏳ Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

🚫 Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details

  • Change of mind after delivery


🚚 Delivery Issues

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

The customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
